Engine Rebuild Technician:

Are you an experienced technician with a passion for engine rebuilding and performance optimization?
At Transtune B.V., we are looking for an Engine Rebuild Technician to strengthen our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for rebuilding and optimizing engines with a strong focus on detail and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Boring cylinders to oversize and preparing them for cylinder sleeve installation with precise temperature control on CNC machines
• Line boring and line honing to optimize engine performance
• Rebuilding cylinder heads, including inspection of valves and guides, and machining valve seats using a Serdi machine if required
• Blueprinting engines to improve performance and efficiency
• Assembling engines with attention to detail using high-quality components
