Are you an experienced technician with a passion for transmission rebuilding and performance optimization?
At Transtune B.V., we are looking for a Transmission Rebuild Technician to strengthen our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for rebuilding and improving transmissions with a strong focus on detail and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Rebuilding conventional, CVT, and dual-clutch transmissions
• Complete overhaul of torque converters, including inspection and quality control
• Rebuilding mechatronics using Sonnax tools for precision machining and testing on Hydra test benches to ensure optimal performance
• Assembling complete transmissions, including precise adjustment of all components for maximum efficiency
• Measuring and calculating clutch clearances using specialized measuring equipment
• Disassembly and assembly of transmissions with a focus on precision and quality
• Performing diagnostics and inspections to identify potential issues
